    Description: Plant-based burger patty made from raw vegetables

    Preparation: Cook from Frozen. Pre-heat plncher/ pan on a medium heat. Generously add oil (ie sunflower ). Cook from frozen using the cloche for 2-3 mins to aid thawing. Remove cloche and cook for another 3-4 minutes flipping regularly until the burger has browned evenly. Check the burger regularly while cooking - do not press it with utensils

    Storage: Keep frozen; do not refreeze. Cook from frozen , if thawed do not refreeze , cook within 24 hours

    Ingredients: Water, Vegetable (Oyster Mushroom, Mushroom, Onion, Beetroot), Vegetable Protein (Soy,Soy Protein Isolate, Pea Protein Isolate, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Flour), Vegetable oil (Coconut), Natural Flavour , Dietary Fibre (Oat), Methylcellulose, Salt , Vinegar, Barley Malt Extract, Lactic Acid, Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin B12.
