Preparation: Ready to cook - cook from frozen. Oven - preheat oven. Place on an oiled / non-stick tray and oven bake at 180°C Electric / Gas Mark 4 (180°C) / 160°C Fan for 23 minutes. Pan - preheat pan. Cook from frozen in a well-oiled pan on a medium heat for 11 minutes, turning regularly.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze if thawed.
