Preparation: Ready to Cook (from frozen) OVEN: Preheat oven. Cook on an oiled/non-stick tray for 180°C Electric / Gas Mark 4 (180° C) / 160°C Fan for 18 minutes. Pan: Preheat pan. Cook from frozen in a well-oiled pan on a medium heat for 9 mins, turning regularly.
Storage: Store frozen, below - 18°C.
