Description: Seasoned vegetable mix with wheat protein coated in spicy breadcrumbs (4.4KG).
Preparation: Ready to cook - cook from frozen: Oven - preheat oven. Brush panko crumbs with oil. Place on an oiled / non-stick tray and oven bake at 220°C Electric / Gas Mark 7 (200°C) / 200°C Fan for 24 minutes. Pan - preheat pan. Brush with oil. Cook from frozen in a well-oiled pan on a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning regularly to avoid panko breadcrumbs from burning.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze.
