Description: Seasoned vegetable mix with soya proteins (5KG - 100G each)
Preparation: Ready to cook - cook from frozen. Oven - preheat oven. Place on an oiled / non-stick tray and bake at 180°C Electric / Gas Mark 4 (180°C) / 160°C Fan for 21 minutes. Pan - preheat pan. Cook from frozen in a well-oiled pan on a medium heat for 9 mins, turning regularly.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Cook from frozen, do not refreeze if defrosted.
Ingredients: Flavoured Rehydrated Soya Protein (85%) (Water, Soya Protein, Natural Flavours, Salt, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Herbs), Rapeseed Oil, Spices and Herbs, Gelling Agent: Methylcellulose, Maltodextrin, Rice Flour, Vegetable Fibre, Salt, Natural Flavours, Sugar.
