    Description: Potato gnocchi.  

    Preparation: Cook from chilled. Hob cooking: Bring to the boil with 1 litre of water for each 100g of gnocchi. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the gnocchi. When they come to the surface, cook for 2 minutes, then drain.

    Storage: Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Defrost in chilled conditions (0-5°C) for 24 hours. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

    Ingredients: Potato Purée, Wheat Flour, Salt, Rice Flour, Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (E575), Preservative (E200).
