Description: Creme Brulee mix
Preparation: Once thawed by defrosting in refrigerator for 12 hours, preheat oven at 80°C, put the pouch on the oven rack. Flip Pouch after 20 minutes and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes. Pour into ramekins and stand for 15 minutes. Allow to cool further in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Storage: Keep frozen at - 18°C or below. Once defrosted, keep in the fridge for 48 hours and once opened, use within 24 hours
