Q - Why can’t I get a delivery to my postcode?


A – We use our own fleet of vehicles and a 3rd Party Logistics partner to deliver to most postcodes within the UK. Unfortunately, there are still a small number of postcodes that we do not currently deliver to. 


Q – Can I order over the phone?

 

A – Not at the present time. We will continue to review and if we extend the service to include phone ordering, we will let you know.

 

Q – When will I receive my order?


A – If you complete and pay for your order before 12.00, you will receive your order the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the Tuesday of the next week.

 

Q – Will there be contactless deliveries?


A - Yes, our drivers will leave your box(es) on the doorstep, ring the doorbell and retreat 2m in line with Government guidelines. The driver will then obtain visual / verbal receipt of your delivery.

 

Q – What do I do if something is damaged or missing from my order?

 

A – Contact our dedicated Telesales Team who will be able to refund you for any damaged or missing products

 

Q – Is there anyone I can contact if I have any queries?

 

A - Yes, there is a dedicated Telesales team available 08.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You can find details on the Contact Us page.


Q - Is the packaging recyclable?

 

A - Please check on each of the items packaging individually to see whether it is recyclable. Leathams continue to do their utmost to cut packaging and waste
