Description: Shredded duck
Preparation: Ready to cook - Pre-heat oven to 200°C, remove all packaging. Place approx 300g duck meat on a baking tray, bake for 8-12 minutes. Microwave: cook the duck meat from frozen by placing on microwavable plate. Add a teaspoon of water and cover with film. Heat in microwave on full power (750 watts) for approx 3-5 minutes. Please ensure the product is piping hot before serving.
Storage: Store at -18° C or below. Defrost in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 12 days.
