Preparation: Defrost the product in the fridge at 4°C and place in the middle shelf of a pre-heated conventional oven at 200°C for approx. 5/6 minutes For Gas and fan assisted oven adjust time and temperature to suit. After defrosting do not refreeze.
Storage: Frozen at -18°C or below, once defrosted use within 3 days.
