Description: Selection of dried mushrooms - boletus, oyster, shiitake and porcini.
Preparation: Ready to rehydrate - fully cover the mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes and drain well before use. This liquid can then be passed through a sieve and used to enhance the flavour of stocks and sauces.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from humidity.
