Preparation: Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving
Storage: Keep frozen at - 18°C or below. Once defrosted refigerate 0-5°C and use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.
Ingredients: Pork Leg, Salt, Demerara Sugar, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Preservative (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate. Made with 100g of Pork per 100g of finished product.
