Description: Instant powder mix for chocolate mousse
Preparation: Simply mix 1kg instant cocoa mousse with 1.5 litre of cold milk. Stir quickly for 7-8 minutes until you obtain a firm mousse. Fill your moulds and store in the fridge. Best when made a day before. The mousse can be preserved for 4-5 days in the fridge.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients: Sugar, Low Fat Cocoa Powder (25%), Emulsified Vegetable Coco Fats (Emulsifier: Lactic Acidesters of Mono and Diglycerids of Fatty Acids), Dehydrated Glucose Syrup, Colourings: Beetroot Red, Caramel, Milk Proteins, Whole Milk Powder, Food Gelatin, Thickener: E401, Cocoa Flavouring.
